Collaborated with FHI 360’s branding agency and their internal design team to ensure the website aligned with the new brand.
As project lead, I worked closely with designer Maggie Yuan, who supported all phases of the project life cycle, including concepts, final designs, and development handoff. I prioritized creating opportunities for her to speak directly with their stakeholders.
Secured design approvals in a complex, tiered stakeholder environment, and the project was successfully delivered on budget and on schedule.

NRDC
The Natural Resources Defense Council (NRDC) is an environmental action group that works to protect the environment and public health. It uses science and law to advocate for the protection of wildlife and public lands.

Success
Collaborated with NRDC's marketing and design teams, involving them in workshop planning, design concepts, and determining the best approach to position the work for approvals across their RACI matrix.
Over a two year period, incorporated strategies from multiple external marketing and strategy agencies, focusing on Gen Z and market testing, and conducted UX surveys and testing with current users to gather real time feedback on creative and content to inform the direction of the site.
Created 12 accessible color profiles for the website that could be used interchangeably and applied consistently across components.
